*Accompanying Person: The accompanying person is defined as a spouse, civil partner or an immediate family member. The core benefits include social activities (such as banquets and receptions) and catering (such as lunches and coffee breaks), but do not include access to the academic/technical sessions or core conference materials.

*Committee Member: Conference Committee Member registration is exclusively available to committee members themselves. The registration fee includes participation in all academic and social activities, but does not cover any fees associated with paper submission and paper publication.
会议委员注册仅限委员会委员本人。费用包含参加所有学术及社交活动，但不含任何与论文投稿及出版相关的费用。
Presentation Format
According to the conference policy: (1) only authors who submit the full paper and pass the peer review process will be eligible for an oral presentation. The qualification for oral presentation will be recommended by the expert reviewers. (2) Authors whose abstracts are accepted but do not submit the full paper are welcome to register and attend the conference, and may present their work in poster format. However, they will not be scheduled for an oral presentation (i.e., oral presentations are only for full papers, but all attendees are welcome to register).
根据大会原则：（1）仅提交全文并通过评审的作者有机会进行口头报告，口头报告资格将由专家评审推荐决定。（2）仅摘要录用但未提交全文的作者，欢迎注册参会并以海报形式交流，但不安排口头报告。（即"仅全文宣讲，但均可注册参会"）

Guidelines
The accepted papers will be published online in conference proceedings.
An acceptable is at least 4 pages per paper, if the paper exceeds 6 pages, the additional pages will be charged as 70 USD/ page.
The registration fee is subject to the deadline which is indicated as "early, regular, onsite" in the registration fee table.
The Participants attend the meeting session on December 5 only to do a presentation, not publish the paper, please choose "One day Program" registration.
The participants attend the conference as listeners, please download the registration form in which you can find the payment method. After payment, please send us your filled registration form and payment voucher.
Payment
The conference’s online payment system does not impose any additional fees. However, please note that credit card payments may incur a small currency exchange commission fee, which is charged by the cardholder's bank. This fee will be the responsibility of the cardholder.
For wire transfer payments, bank charges are borne by the applicant.
Notes
The registration will not be confirmed unless the registration fee is paid in full and payment details are received by the conference organizer. A confirmation email will be sent to the registrant once the registration is completed.
全额缴纳注册费并提交缴费证明后，方可确认注册成功。注册成功后，参会者将收到注册证明，届时请凭此证明至现场办理注册手续。
Other co-authors and accompanying persons can register as listeners.
一篇论文的其他作者或是陪同人员可注册为听众。
At least one author of a paper should register for the conference, and at least one author should present the paper at the conference. Otherwise, the paper will not be included in the conference proceedings.
每篇文章需至少一名作者注册并做报告，否则论文将不予收录至论文集。
Submission and registration must be managed using the officially authorized channels (online system, email address) published on this website. Regular consultation can be carried out through WeChat (published on the website).
大会从未指定且不承认任何非官方投稿注册渠道，请参会者通过大会官网指定渠道投稿。
The process of registration and publication will be noticed through inquiry@icape.org.cn. Please do not trust any non-official contacts. If you receive any suspicious call, text message, or email or notice any suspicious website, please report to us immediately. The conference organizer accepts no responsibility for any losses caused by unauthorized third parties.

Disclaimer
The conference organizer reserves the right to change the conference dates, place and format and shall be relieved of any refund or compensation obligations where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected because of circumstances which amount to "force majeure". Such circumstances include but are not limited to natural disasters, riots, terrorist activity, war (declared or undeclared), epidemics and all similar situations beyond the organizer's control.

Content will be submitted to the major databases for indexing. As indexing services are provided by independent organizations, the conference organizer cannot guarantee that any abstract or index entry will be included in any particular database.

Cancellation Policy
会议时间、会场、举办形式或根据相关情况做出调整，请参会者提前两个月向主办方咨询详细信息。线下参会者请自行提前预订住宿。
- 会议开始日期前90天内: 退回已付注册费的70%
- 会议开始日期前60天至90天: 退回已付注册费的60%
- 会议开始前30至60天: 退回已付注册费的50%
- 会议开始前不足30天: 不予退费
注意
*取消参会和申请退款需将正式申请文件发送至邮箱 inquiry@icape.org.cn。
*如最终缺席会议，主办方将不予退款。
Rearrangements should be made in consultation with the conference organizer if the registrant is unable to attend ICAPE 2026 for personal reasons.
- Up to 90 days prior to the conference date: 70% refund of the registration fees paid
- Less than 90 days, but more than 60 days prior to the conference date: 60% refund of the registration fees paid
- Less than 60 days, but more than 30 days prior to the conference date: 50% refund of the registration fees paid
- Less than 30 days prior to the conference date: No refund
Please note
*The cancellation and refund request must be made formally through email to inquiry@icape.org.cn.
*For “No-Show” without a cancellation notice sent within the period specified in the policy, the registration fee is non-refundable.
Organizer Statement
The organizer reserves the right to adjust the conference date and venue due to any unexpected circumstances or force majeure events.
Participants are required to wear the name tag when attending the conference. Non-participants without name tags are not allowed to enter the conference area if not permitted.
Please take good care of all your belongings in the public area on the conference site. The conference organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage to property.
