Requirements
1. Language: Submitted papers should be written in English, including all figures, tables, references, and appendices.
1. 语言：论文须使用英文撰写，包括标题、摘要、正文、图表、参考文献和附录等所有内容。
2. File Type: Paper submitted in DOC or PDF format is acceptable.
2. 文件格式：投稿文件格式应为 DOC 或 PDF。
3. Originality: Only original papers will be considered. The manuscripts must not be previously published or accepted for publication elsewhere, and must not be under review by any other conference or publication during the review cycle.
3. 原创性：会议仅接受原创论文。投稿论文不得已发表或已被其他出版物录用，且在审稿期间不得同时投稿至其他会议或出版物。
4. Authors: The number of authors for each paper must not exceed 6.
4. 作者：每篇论文作者人数不得超过 6 人。
5. Abstract: The abstract should contain 150–200 words.
5. 摘要：摘要长度应控制在 150–200 词。
6. First Page: The title, abstract, and introduction should collectively fit within the first page of the manuscript.

7. Paper Length: The manuscript should follow the conference's two-column formatting template, be at least 4 pages in length, and an extra page fee of 70 USD/page will be charged for each page exceeding 6 pages.
7. 论文篇幅：论文应采用会议规定的双栏排版模板，正文应不少于 4 页，超过 6 页的部分将按 70 美元/页收取超页费。
8. Formatting: The manuscript should comply with the required formatting guidelines and general publication standards.
8. 格式规范：论文格式应符合会议模板及一般出版规范。
9. Equations: Mathematical formulas and symbols should not appear in the abstract or conclusion.

10. Conclusion: The conclusion should be clear, practical, and actionable, without unnecessary extended discussion.

11. Methodology: The computational or experimental methodology should be described completely, and sufficient original data should be provided.

12. Paper Type: Review papers are not accepted.

Academic Integrity and AI Policy
To uphold academic integrity and safeguard the credibility of the ICAPE Conference, all submitted manuscripts must be based on the authors' independent research and original scholarly contributions.
为维护学术诚信与ICAPE的会议公信力，本会议要求所有投稿论文必须基于作者独立的研究工作与原创性思考。
The use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools as a substitute for authors in conducting core academic work is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to the following:
严禁使用AI工具替代作者进行核心学术创作，包括但不限于以下情形：
1. Using AI tools to directly generate the main body of the manuscript, its central arguments, novel methodologies, or conclusions;
使用AI工具直接生成论文的主体内容、核心论点、创新性方法或结论；
2. Using AI tools to fabricate, falsify, manipulate, or embellish original data, experimental records, statistical results, figures, or graphical representations.
使用AI工具伪造、篡改或美化原始数据、实验记录、统计结果及图表曲线。
Any submission found to involve the above practices will be treated as academic misconduct and will be subject to rejection or retraction. Authors bear full responsibility for the authenticity, originality, and academic integrity of all content contained in their manuscripts.
一经查实存在上述行为，按学术不端处理，予以退稿或撤稿。作者须对论文全部内容的真实性、原创性与学术规范性承担全部责任。
Submission Notes
It has come to our attention that many authors need sufficient time to arrange visas and get lower airfare.
我们了解到，许多作者需要充足的时间来安排签证事宜，及预订更优惠的机票。
1. Therefore, the Full Paper will be reviewed as it comes in. The review period may take at least one to two weeks, depending on the review bidding process, reviewer availability, and scheduling.
因此，全文投递后即刻启动评审流程。同行评审周期至少为一到两周，具体时间视评审流程、时间安排和审稿人情况而定。
2. Or, authors may submit an Abstract first, and then a full paper later. Abstracts will be reviewed quickly – usually within a week. If an Abstract is accepted, after registration, authors will receive an Invitation Letter to assist with travel plans and visa application. To be included in the conference proceedings, authors must submit their Full Paper by the deadline for peer review.
作者也可选择先提交摘要，再提交全文。摘要评审通常一周内完成。录用后，注册作者将收到官方邀请函，可用于行程和签证申请。摘要注册后，请在截止前提交全文以进行同行评审。录用的全文将编入大会论文集，会后发表并提交检索。
When submitting a manuscript, please specify any specific requests in the submission. The processing period will be based on the actual time required.

Each paper must undergo a confidential review by the authors' institution and get approval before being submitted to the conference. Chinese authors must also submit the confidentiality review certificate when submitting the full paper.
作者所在单位在投稿前应确保每篇论文的摘要及全文已通过保密审查。中方作者在全文投稿时须同时提交保密审查证明。
We welcome you to prepare and submit the full paper. According to the conference policy: (1) only authors who submit the full paper and pass the peer review process will be eligible for an oral presentation. The qualification for oral presentation will be recommended by the expert reviewers. (2) Authors whose abstracts are accepted but do not submit the full paper are welcome to register and attend the conference, and may present their work in poster format. However, they will not be scheduled for an oral presentation (i.e., oral presentations are only for full papers, but all attendees are welcome to register).

Short Paper(Abstract)
You are warmly welcome to submit a short paper for presentation at the conference. Short papers are one to two pages in length, featuring late-breaking results or research ideas.
Accepted short papers will be included in the conference program and showcased as poster presentations.

Full Paper
If you intend to submit a full paper that presents detailed information about your research results or findings, please ensure that it is submitted as a single DOC or PDF file, following the conference’s paper template.

Pre-submission Check
1. Originality Detection
Authors should not submit papers that have been published previously or are under consideration for publication elsewhere. To verify originality, the full paper will go through originality detection after the receipt of the manuscript. Authors should ensure that the submitted paper is entirely original, and if the work or words of others have been used, they should be appropriately cited or quoted.
2. Language Check
Authors should check the spelling and grammar of their papers before submitting them to make their paper understandable and readable to editors, reviewers and future readers.
3. Topic of Interest
The content of the paper should be relevant to the conference theme and fall within the scope of the conference. Irrelevance to the aim and scope of the conference will lead to immediate rejection.
4. Authorship
Authors should be those who made significant contributions to the study of the paper. If other individuals are not qualified to be co-authors but participate in any substantive aspects of the paper, they should be well acknowledged in the acknowledgements section.
All funding resources and competing interests should be disclosed in the Authorship Statement.
Presentation
Accepted papers are required to make a presentation at the conference, the conference organizer will provide the necessary technical facilities for presentation.

Presentation Type
Oral Presentation: Oral presenters are given 15 minutes, questions and answers included.
Poster Presentation: Poster presenters shall prepare an A1(841mm*594mm) poster for display at the conference-Poster Template
Plagiarism Detection
Please notice that plagiarism detection will be performed throughout the review and publication process. Authors can conduct similarity check at their own expense, and the plagiarism rate should not exceed 20%. If a paper is withdrawn or declined due to a high percentage of similarity, no refund will be accepted.
作者可自费查重，重复率须不超过20%。论文提交后，若因重复率撤稿或退稿，注册费不予退还。
CMT Acknowledgment
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
